Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship globally. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch for most destinations. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience in those cases.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — no surprises.
International Orders
Quietlings.com ships to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@quietlings.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
